Sponsors

Cancellation up to January 16th 2013 : 25% refund of the agreed sponsorship fee.

Thereafter, sponsorship fees are 100% non-refundable.

In the case of non-attendance at the event, sponsorship fees are 100% non-refundable

Exhibitors

Cancellation up to February 16th 2013:   100% refund of the agreed exhibitor fee.

Cancellation up to March 16th 2013 : 25% refund of the agreed exhibitor fee.

Cancellation up to April 16th 2013: Exhibitor fees are 100% non-refundable.

In the case of non-attendance at the event, exhibitor fees are 100% non-refundable.
