German-speaking NAFEMS CAE conference: program with nearly 100 presentations
NAFEMS, the International Association for the Engineering Analysis Community, organizes the first German-speaking conference on "Engineering Analysis and Simulation - Applications, Developments, Trends", which will be held 8 - 9 May 2012 in Bamberg, Germany.
With this conference, NAFEMS offers a unique CAE event where new techniques and tools will be presented and where participants will have the opportunity to discuss successful applications, best practises and future trends with specialists from research, university, and in particular from industry on a large scale.
With 98 technical presentations on FEM, CFD, MBS, SDM, ...etc., keynote speeches by Dr.-Ing. Ralph Sundermeier (Volkswagen AG) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Peter Wriggers (Leibniz University of Hannover), and with an extensive hardware and software exhibition, the conference will be a neutral, comprehensive, and interdisciplinary platform for CAE users.
In addition, software independent CFD and FEM training courses will be organized parallel to the conference.
The event will be open to members and non-members of NAFEMS - members participate free, subject to availability of sufficient "seminar credits" which are part of a membership.
