We have had a fantastic response to our call for papers and we are pleased to confirm that the conference committee have accepted your abstract – congratulations!

The purpose of this page is to provide the presenters with the information and tools necessary to present at NAFEMS 2020. From time-to-time, we will add some content to this page, but please be assured that we will notify you via email as well.

Important Dates:

  • Friday, September 19th - deadline for submitting extended abstracts (EXTENDED TO SEPTEMBER 29th )
  • Sunday, September 28th - all held rooms at the Embassy Suites will be released
  • Friday, October 10th - deadline for submitting your presentations
  • Friday, October 10th - deadline for submitting presenter bios

Extended Abstracts

We would now like to ask you to forward an extended abstract, which we would be most grateful to receive by Friday, 19th September 2008 .

We would like the extended abstract to include further details on your presentation. The abstract should be no more than 4 pages , including images. This abstract will be incorporated within the meeting proceedings, which will be distributed at the conference.

When creating your presentation, please be sure to download and apply the NAFEMS 2020 event template.

Note: The general session speaking slots are 30 minutes in length, which includes ~10 minutes for Q&A. Please be sure to keep your presentations around 20 minutes in length to ensure time for questions.
