The EU-funded EASIT project has now come to an end after 2 years and this webinar will provide an overview of the ground-breaking deliverables produced. The project focus has been to define a set of competencies for simulation engineers across 23 technical areas. These competence statements are now available in a new web-based framework that will allow individual and group competencies to be recorded and managed.
A new competence based standard and qualification has also been developed. Plans for the future maintenance, development and promotion of these core developments will also be presented.
