FLOW-3D World Users Conference

Join us in Chicago for the 2013 FLOW-3D World Users Conference!
The 2013 FLOW-3D World Users Conference will be held at the Allerton Hotel in Chicago on September 19-20, 2013 preceded by a 1/2 day of free training and poster session at the opening reception on September 18. We invite you to join Flow Science staff and FLOW-3D users from around the world for insightful presentations, engaging conversations and a chance to pose your questions directly to Flow Science's developers and support staff. The conference offers an excellent opportunity to interact with other experienced users of FLOW-3D, discover new modeling approaches, learn about the latest software developments, and hone your simulation skills.
The conference will begin with an Opening Reception and Poster Session, Wednesday, September 18. The reception is hosted by Flow Science.

Flow Science is pleased to announce that the speakers and poster authors have been selected for its 2013 FLOW-3D World Users Conference. FLOW-3D users from around the world will be presenting their simulation results from a variety of application areas. Represented companies include Hydro-Quebec, MWH Global, LANL, Baird and Associates, Littler Diecast Corporation, and the HPC Advisory Council. In addition to user talks and the poster session, the latest developments for both the FLOW-3D solver and graphical users interface will be presented by Michael Barkhudarov, VP of R&D and John Ditter, VP of Software Engineering at Flow Science.
Flow Science will offer a 1/2 day of free training on FlowSight™, FLOW-3D’s future visualization tool, Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the conference hotel directly preceding the conference. Attendees can sign up for the training session when they register online.
A beta version of FlowSight™ will be made available in advance to conference attendees who sign up for the training. Attendees will be encouraged to download and install this beta on their laptops, to bring to the training. Flow Science will provide results files for use in the training exercises.
Online registration for the conference is now available. Conference registration will be waived for one presenter per presentation or poster author. The regular registration fee of $150 includes the two-day conference, opening reception and conference dinner as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
