The Engineering Integrity Society’s 6th International
Conference on Fatigue: Fatigue and Durability Assessment of
Materials, Components and Structures has confirmation of keynote
speakers with abstracts received from twenty countries.
“We are delighted with the quality and range of the abstracts
received so far; we are putting together an exciting programme of
speakers from around the world with authors working and studying in
wide ranging sectors of industry and academia. This promises to be
our most successful and expansive fatigue conference yet,”
said convenor, Martin Bache.
“Fatigue 2007 will offer a first class opportunity to present
and hear the latest research and practice in fatigue on a world
stage.”
An intensive programme of oral and poster presentations is planned
to cover the three-day event and plenary speakers so far scheduled
are: Prof Paul Bowen, (University of Birmingham, UK), Prof
Jean-Louis Chaboche (ONERA, France) and Prof Gregorz Glinka
