software and instrumentation, announced today that Michael Singer
has joined the Company as its Chief Executive Officer and a member
of its Board of Directors.
Brian Dabell, who has successfully led the Company over the past
eight years as nCode’s CEO, will move into the newly created
position of Executive Vice President – Business Development.
In this capacity, Brian will apply his extensive industry knowledge
and contacts to focus on aggressively expanding nCode’s
presence in the engineering durability and asset performance
monitoring markets. In addition, he will spearhead the
Company’s growth into related markets, such as predictive
analytical solutions for large commercial and military fleets,
among others.

Prior to joining nCode, Mr. Singer lead and/or was part of the
executive management teams of several Michigan based technology
companies including Entyre, a leading provider of software and
services for mortgage lenders; StoneAge Corporation, which operated
as Car.com, one of the largest data aggregators and providers of in
market, automotive consumer leads; and MAVRICC Management Systems,
a leading provider of outsourced financial and human resources
recordkeeping and transaction processing services.
Prior to moving to Michigan in 1997, Mr. Singer spent ten years as
a partner in a management consulting firm in New York City.
Mr. Singer holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School
and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from University of
Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
