Accesion to Contract - Form A

Return by November 19th!

You will recently have received a letter from NAFEMS detailing the next steps in the autosim project. With this letter, a copy of Contract Number 012497, as well as three copies of Form A (Accesion to the Contract), signed by NAFEMS, was also included.

In order to formally join the project, the appropriate legally authorised representative for your organisation must sign these three copies of Form A. It is essential that two of these three signed copies are returned to NAFEMS as soon as possible, and by November 19th at the very latest.
