CD-adapco is a $70M+ global leader in Computer-Aided Engineering
solutions providing flow, thermal, and structural simulation
software and services for over 25 years. Dr. Nagy’s role at
CD-adapco is driving the global marketing of CDadapco products and
services, investigating new business opportunities, and formulating
corresponding strategies, all in support the company’s long
term business growth objectives.
Dr. Nagy is a thirty-year veteran of all aspects of CAE, from
R&D through executive management. Prior to joining CD-adapco,
he held various executive positions in the CAE world including CEO
of Engineous, Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Support at
MSC.Software, VP of Marketing at Fluent, and most recently VP of
International Business Development at Blue Ridge Numerics.
Earlier in his career, he opened the first German office of SDRC,
was an Assistant Professor at Princeton University, and developed
the finite element software system ASKA/PERMAS at the University of
Stuttgart's prestigious Institute for Aerospace Structures. Dr.
Nagy is an engineering graduate of MIT (BS, MS) and the University
of California, Berkeley (Ph.D.)
