2018 NAFEMS UK Conference Dinner

We are pleased to announce that the conference dinner will be held at the conference venue, in the 'Players' lounge at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes on Tuesday evening, 17th July and it would be great if you could join us.

We will start the evening with a drinks reception at 6:30pm, in the conference exhibition area, Ballroom South.

We will be seated at 7:30pm for dinner, which will be followed by 'A Question of Geek' quiz - not to be missed!


Caprese Tart With Roasted Tomatoes (v)

crisp pastry tart filled with basil panna cotta, topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, balsamic glaze and wild rocket

All starters are served with a freshly baked bread roll and butter

Serano Ham Wrapped Chicken with a Tomato and Pepper Filling
chicken filled with a sun blushed tomato and roasted pepper mousse wrapped in serano ham with patatas bravas roasted mediterranean vegetables and a tomato and basil sauce

Vegetable Biryani Arancini (v)
fried rice balls coated with breadcrumbs served with aloo gobi, parsnip crisps, yoghurt and coriander

chocolate topped choux pastry filled with chocolate mousse, strawberries, and raspberries

Corte Vigna Pinot Grigio delle Venezie (Italy) 
Floral, racy and dry with green, crisp fruit; the grapes are grown in north-eastern Italy
Corte Vigna Merlot (Italy) 
Youthful, fruity, ‘user-friendly’ style with the typically soft, fleshy character of the Merlot grape
