About this event

The second annual InterEngineering summit will be hosted with and proudly sponsored by the Royal Academy of Engineering. The summit will be hosted in Birmingham on the 21st of October. With attendees from all over the sector!

Since launching InterEngineering in 2015 we have seen some amazing successes on improving inclusion and diversity of LGBT+ Engineers. We want to continue our journey to Connect, Inform and Empower the community.

In our 2022 summit, we will be exploring the data collected from the Inclusive Cultures survey collated by the Royal Acadmey of Engineering to develop an action plan to help LGBTQ+ people.

We will also be joined by a series of panelist who will be giving us their insights into the future of inclusion for LGBTQ+ people in Engineering.
