Training in using computing resources for tackling large and complex problems
The Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe (PRACE) provides access to some of the world’s largest supercomputers for European researchers and engineers. It also provides other services aimed at developing the community, such as training.
Since 2012, a network of PRACE Advanced Training Centres (PATCs) has been established in six countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK) to deliver high-quality courses on a diverse range of topics aimed at the productive use of computational resources for tackling large and complex problems across different domains.
These PATC courses are typically free to attend for both academic researchers and industry participants.
