NAFEMS, the International Association for the Engineering Analysis Community, has launched the preliminary agenda for the 2015 NAFEMS World Congress, incorporating the 2nd International SPDM (Simulation Process and Data Management) Conference, being held in San Diego, USA, from June 21st–24th 2015.
Presenters from around the globe will be part of the event, showcasing best-in-class simulation and analysis usage in many different industries. With over 300 presentations, 15 training courses, an exceptional exhibition area, topics covering every aspect of FEA, CFD, SPDM and more, the event will be the most important dedicated, independent conference on CAE of the year.
The biennial world congress will bring together the leading visionaries, developers, and practitioners of CAE-related technologies and business processes to share relevant trends and roadmaps, and to address these issues in an open forum. The aim of the congress is to provide attendees with perceptive content and perspective on the best way to position their organizations to realize the full potential of CAE both now and in the future.
“The 2015 World Congresswill feature a fantastic range of presentations from around the globe, covering every industry involved in FEA, CFD, SPDM and related technologies.” commented Tim Morris, NAFEMS CEO. “We will be bringing the simulation community to San Diego in June, and with the associated training courses, workshops and discussion sessions, this is an event which will have real benefits for anyone involved in engineering analysis.”
The full preliminary agenda is available to download now at nafems.org/congress.
The World Congress will also host the 2ndInternational Conference on Simulation Process and Data Management. After an impressive turnout for the first event in Salzburg, Austria in 2013, this ground-breaking conference will bring together industrial users, technology experts, academics and software vendors alike, allowing all those with an interest to take part in the only truly independent, international forum dedicated to SPDM. Attendees, speakers and exhibitors have free access to both events under one registration.
As part of this years Congress, a forum on additive manufacturing and 3D printing in design and engineering will also be held, bringing together leading authorities and best-in-class companies and technologies for dedicated workshops, discussion forums and product showcases. The forum will provide attendees and participants with an overview of the technology in this field, including opportunities, challenges, benefits, applications and constraints, as well as the opportunity to meet and learn about the leading hardware suppliers in the industry.
Innovative presentations and industry expert-led discussions will provide NAFEMS World Congress attendees with a truly cutting-edge look at this relatively new, and potentially game-changing,technology.
All in all, the Congress will cover a wide range of topics, addressing every aspect of engineering simulation in a packed three-day program. There are also numerous sponsorship and exhibition opportunities available. Visit nafems.org/congress for full details.
