Digital Manufacturing is the greatest innovation in modern manufacturing since Henry Ford developed mass production. Nowadays, companies are increasingly using CAE software for modeling and simulation their next-generation products.

Simultaneously, advances in cloud computing by companies like ANSYS, Microsoft (Azure), and HPE have made high-performance computing (HPC) . . . available to more and more companies. These trends allow manufacturers to use simulation to produce better products, faster, and win in the marketplace.

Until recently, many companies couldn't afford buying their own expensive HPC equipment coming along with long procurement cycles, high total cost of ownership, and fast aging hardware technologies. Now, with HPC being available in the cloud, this picture has changed dramatically, especially that most of the once severe HPC cloud roadblock have now been resolved with new software container technology.

The goal of this webinar is twofold: First, demonstrate to engineers the next generation of cloud technology for CAE and its user-friendliness, and encourage them to sign up for a hands-on UberCloud training. We also briefly discuss the major HPC Cloud roadblock which have mostly been resolved over the last few years.

Webinar Presenters:
Dennis Nagy, Principal at BeyondCAE
Wolfgabng Gentzsch, President at UberCloud
