Using Thermal Simulation to Address Challenges in Electronics
More functionality...higher power...smaller package...faster to market...
CFD Simulation Electronics. This has been the motif for electronics thermal engineers for many years, and CFD simulation has been a key tool to meet design requirements. Since CFD has been used for so long, have we done all that we can with it? Is there anything new to learn, any new techniques we can use, any information we can access that we have not before? Yes, there is!
This workshop will show how detailed CFD simulation and design exploration can reveal secrets of system performance and enable robust system design, so you, the design engineer, can produce better designs, faster. The tools and techniques that will be discussed apply whether your design work focuses on component, board, or system design.
Who Should Attend:Thermal engineers, design engineers, system engineers, project managers and program managers, whether you currently run thermal simulations or not, will see approaches and results relevant to your day-to-day work. This workshop will explore how you can meet your design requirements by leveraging the most advanced simulation tools available today.
Registration and continental breakfast will start at 8:30 AM. Presentations will begin at 9:00 AM with lunch provided around noon. The session will dismiss after lunch, but our support team will be on hand to answer any other questions you may have.
This event is free, but registration is required as seats are limited. Visit our event page at www2.cd-adapco.com/l/14592/2016-03-07/67tjqx for further details.
