If you have had confirmation from NAFEMS that your abstract has been accepted for presentation at the NAFEMS UK Conference 2012, we now need you to submit your extended abstract (typically 2-4 pages including figures), using the template provided below.
Full written papers will not be required.
The deadline for submission of your extended abstract is Friday, March 23rd 2012. If your extended abstract is not submitted on time, it will not be published in the conference proceedings.
Abstracts should be sent to email@example.com.
We realise that you may in fact begin to put your presentation together in conjunction with your paper. The PowerPoint template for the UK2012 presentations can be found below. ALL PRESENTATIONS MUST USE THE EVENT POWERPOINT TEMPLATE, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
we will also require a copy of your presentation in advance of the event. We would like each presenter to speak for no more than 20 minutes, this will leave time for delegates to ask questions and discussion.
NAFEMS will be combining all presentations in advance of the conference and loading your final presentation onto a laptop computer at the venue. You will have the opportunity to view your presentation before the start of the event. We will require your presentation by Monday, 14th May, at the latest.
Presentations should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org

Below is a speaker biography form. This brief form is designed to assist the chairman, when introducing you. Please return the completed form, along with your presentation, by 14th May.
NAFEMS members can attend this event for free, subject to sufficient remaining seminar credits from their membership!
As well as submitting your abstract, it is vital that you register for the conference as soon as possible. A link for online registration can be found below.
