Dr Jammi Srinivasa Rao, President of “The Vibration Institute of India”, a distinguished Professor of Rotor Dynamics and Vibration Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT – Delhi), a science counsellor at Indian Embassy of USA, visiting professor at various universities abroad, and consultant to over 50+ industries including BHEL, HAL, GMR etc. Moreover, he had held key positions including Chief Technology Officer at Singapore-based Quest Global Services Pvt Ltd., Chief Science Officer at Altair Engineering Inc., President & CEO of Basha Research Corporation, Director of GMR Energy, CEO, Dynaspede Integrated Systems, Bangalore.
He has given several invited lectures in many countries. His research interests cover aspects of Vibrations, Rotor Dynamics, Design and Theory of Machines and Mechanisms.
He has authored over 300 research publications and written 10 textbooks and guided over 30 students for doctoral degrees.
Participants can learn the engineering behind vibration and Rotor Dynamics with an applied perspective to each topic based on personal experience.
