NAFEMS Iberia will hold a conference at the EEBE, UPC in Barcelona in November 2020 as part of the NAFEMS Regional Conference program with conferences in Germany, UK, USA, France, Nordic, Italy, Southern Asia and Eastern Europe. This conference is a follow up to the very successful “How Simulation Helps Manufacturing Processes” seminar day arranged in Bilbao in May 2017 attended by over 70 delegates and 5 sponsors.
Digital transformation is helping engineering simulation engineers become more innovative and creative, driven by their efforts to improve product performance at all levels while reducing costs. This exerts constant pressure on CAE teams in industry, research institute and university who need to respond quickly and cleverly to novel client demands.
The conference will become a venue for meeting like-minded engineers for knowledge sharing provided by keynote and other presentations from researchers, developers and users interspersed with open discussions on digital transformation areas such as:
NAFEMS Iberia invites you to submit your presentation, in English or Spanish language, for consideration. We welcome submissions from across the industry and from every area engaged in simulation but the above-listed areas will be given preference.
At a first stage please submit your abstract, maximum 400 words, by 30 May 2020.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be notified within 4 weeks and invited to prepare an extended abstract of approximately 5 pages that will be included into the NAFEMS Iberia Conference Proceedings and a PowerPoint presentation for the conference (formats will be provided). Please e-mail your abstract (include a phone number) to email@example.com
