Housing

The conference will be held at the OMNI Hotel at 400 S 2nd St, Louisville, KY 40202. Please plan on booking your lodging with the OMNI Hotel to assist us in meeting our room block requirements. The deadline for booking within our negotiated room block is Friday June 7th.

Presentation

Please send an authorized PDF copy of your presentation for posting onto our Resource Center for attendees and NAFEMS members to access post-event. The deadline to submit this presentation PDF will be Friday, April 12th. When submitting your PDF, please name the file as follows: LastName-Company.

Presentation slots are limited to 30 minutes. This 30 minute time frame includes a suggested five-minute slot for questions and discussion. We recommend targeting 20-25 minutes for your presentation to allow as much Q&A time as possible. Training courses and workshops will have a 90 minute time frame. Session chairs will be instructed to start/stop each presentation on time, so please keep this in mind when preparing your presentation.

Presentation Template

Presenters will be required to use their own laptop to present. Adapters (mini-display port and usb-c/thunderbolt), as well as an audio plug-in connector cord (if the presentation contains sound), will be available. Presenters will have the opportunity to test their laptop during breaks, in the morning, and at end-of-day. Wi-Fi internet will be available throughout the conference area.

Extended Abstract

Please send extended abstracts to bel.hooley@nafems.org. Extended abstracts should be 2-4 pages long. The deadline for extended abstract submission is Friday, May 17th.
