ASSESS Simulation Leadership Summit 2026

ASSESS SIMULATION LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

Where Simulation's Future Gets Decided.

EARLYBIRD EXTENDED - Book before December 19th to save 10%

Three days. 70 Leaders. Real Strategies.

The ASSESS Simulation Leadership Summit isn't just another conference - it's where the industry's change-drivers come together to secure engineering simulation's position as an integral element in delivering business value.

Despite revolutionary technology and the undoubted talent and skill in your organization, the gap between simulation potential and business results remains. AI adoption struggles to move beyond pilot projects, simulation is still not quite mission-critical, and its impact on the bottom line remains, if not minimal, certainly not what it should be.

Be part of the solution. Secure your place at the Summit today.

What happens at a leadership summit?

This isn't about passive attendance - it's about collaboratively and actively finding solutions to shared problems. Limited to just 70 senior executives, this summit is about providing space and time for meaningful discussions.

No vendor pitches. No exhibition halls. Just focus on the challenges at hand.

You'll develop actionable strategies alongside executives from Boeing, Toyota, GE Aerospace, Caterpillar, and many more, through facilitated working sessions on:

  • Business Impact
  • AI/ML
  • Democratization
  • Integration
  • Digital Twins

Each working session builds on the lessons learned since the 2025 Summit, with expert facilitators guiding small groups through structured problem-solving.

Our invited speakers will add their extensive industry knowledge to the mix:

  • McKinsey and Cambashi, two global players in industry analysis, will come together for a ground-breaking market intelligence session
  • Industry leaders from leading global organizations will reveal how they're connecting simulation to P&L responsibility
  • Keynote presentations from industry and academia will set the scene to make sure we're covering every perspective
  • Simulation and communication experts from Articulus will host an exclusive session on how to tackle the critical challenge of communicating simulation's value to other executive stakeholders.

And, to close, we'll bring together the thoughts, ideas, strategies and solutions that have been discussed over the three days and discuss how we can take them forward beyond the summit.

You'll leave with concrete strategies, valuable connections, and a clear idea of a progress roadmap.

Who Should Attend

Typically, we welcome company owners and presidents, CEOs, CTOs, directors, VPs and senior managers to the Summit.

If you’re a simulation strategy decision maker frustrated by the gap between technical capability and business impact, and are ready for change, you belong here.

These three days will provide the key to unlocking your simulation strategy’s full potential.

Bridging AI and the Physical World: Digital Twins in Manufacturing Innovation

In the past five years, digital twins has grown from a niche concept to a central tool for accelerating innovation across science, technology, and manufacturing. At the same time, large AI models have advanced dramatically, yet they remain limited in reasoning about the physical world, where time-dependent interactions matter. Digital twins provide the critical link, enabling AI to operate effectively in manufacturing contexts. In this talk, Gary will outline opportunities, challenges, and recent progress at the intersection of digital twins and AI, drawing on examples from semiconductor, robotics, and electronics additive manufacturing.

The Value of Connecting Simulation Engineers to Business Objectives and Results

CFD engineers know a lot about mesh resolution, convergence, turbulence models, gas properties, boundary conditions, etc. We know how to minimize pressure drop and drag. We know how to optimize shapes for various technical outcomes and maybe even for cost. What we often don’t know is what our employer’s customers really want.

Businesses deal with headwinds and tailwinds and shifting market wants and needs. Business leaders understand the costs and benefits of decisions they make. Connecting our simulation teams to these can have significant benefits:

  1. Ensure simulation engineers solve the right problems
  2. Connect simulation engineers to the real-world cost and benefits of design changes and operating practice changes
  3. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration
  4. Drive innovations that win in the marketplace

This presentation will show some examples where these benefits are realized and discuss some tools that leadership can use to both educate and motivate our simulation teams to provide better return on investment.
