On October 9th, 2025, the NAFEMS Food & Drink Industry Community, in conjunction with the NAFEMS Americas team, marked a significant milestone with its firstdedicated seminar in the US, hosted at PepsiCo’s R&D site in Valhalla, NY. With 44 registrations from 21 companies and universities, the event brought together industry leaders, academic experts, consultants, and technology vendors to explore the transformative role of engineering simulation in the food and beverage sector — a domain rapidly evolving throughdigital innovation and collaborative knowledge sharing.
