We cordially invite you to the international SPDM Conference in Munich, Germany, from October 27^th to 28^th October 2026.

NAFEMS has historically been very active in establishing a communication base for engineers to promote the success of SPDM systems. After years of primarily online events, we have reestablished the successful SPDM conference and created a platform for simulation engineers, engineering managers, users, and vendors to meet and exchange experiences with SPDM systems and all topics related to successful deployment.

We offer a unique forum where experts from different industries, academia, consultancies and software vendors share their knowledge regarding Simulation Process and Data Management concepts and solutions covering the following topics:

NAFEMS is looking for your expertise and experience. If you are interested in talking to the SPDM community about Simulation Process and Data Management projects in your organization and sharing your thoughts on future trends, you are invited to submit a short abstract for the conference. The conference welcomes participation from all types of organizations – large and small, commercial and educational, across all industries.

T​wo conferences in one place

The SPDM Conference takes place in conjunction with the AI/ML Conference. The second day of the SPDM Conference is dedicated to SPDM and AI/ML, which will also be the focus of the first day of the AI/ML Conference.

Delegates will be able to attend either one or both conferences with an overlapping session on day two to exploit the synergies between the two focus subjects.

Please submit your abstract by 20 May 2026. If your abstract is accepted, we kindly ask you to send us an extended abstract of 2-6 pages by 25 September. Details and templates will be provided with the author information..

• Non members:
  1.100 Euro

The conference fees include attendance, lunches, coffee breaks, a get-together and conference proceedings. Accommodation is not included.

If your company is member but does not have sufficient seminar credits available, you can purchase seminar credits for 215 Euro per missing seminar credit.

NAFEMS Membership Fees

A standard NAFEMS site membership costs 1,410 euros per year, an academic site and entry membership costs 880 euros per year (as of 2025). NAFEMS site members receive eight seminar credits per year. Four seminar credits per participant are required for free participation in this event - it quickly pays off to become a member. If the seminar credits have already been used, NAFEMS members can participate at a reduced price.
