Industry 4.0 is rapidly transforming product development in virtually every industry through the convergence of new technologies. Simulation, AI/ML, and digital twins unlock new use cases for data driven engineering but also reveal the importance of managing the explosion of data for accelerated and efficient commercialization of new products, especially in complex and regulated industries.

Harnessing computer-aided engineering with HPC+AI methods is becoming increasingly important for new product design or improving existing products. The massive data sets generated from increasingly large computational studies are the basis for many critical engineering decisions and insights need to be accessible to the engineers and product leaders involved in R&D. To ensure high engineering velocity and product quality, organizations are developing new practices for data management to uncover new insights by investing in simulation traceability, simulation data governance, and model-based collaboration.

This presentation will discuss how leading engineering teams can perform advanced design exploration techniques with the latest HPC+AI tools while effectively managing datasets to collaborate seamlessly on new solutions and accelerate new discoveries faster.
