A​bstract submission

S​ubmit your 200-300 word abstract today, and get a feedback related to it's acceptence by the organisation committee within a well.

R​egister for the conference, and you will receive a company invoce prepared by our local event organisation partner.

Extended Abstract and Presentation

Submitting an extended abstract and a presentation is required for participation as a speaker. The extended abstracts will be featured in the conference proceedings.

P​resenters will have 15 minutes to present, which will be followed by a 5 minute discussion session led by the session chair.

Post-event, with your consent, the presentation will be made available in the NAFEMS Resource Center. You'll also have the opportunity to revise your presentation before submitting it for upload.

Get Published

Outstanding extended abstract submissions will be shortlisted by the Review Committee for potential publication in the peer-reviewed Engineering Modelling, Analysis and Simulation Journal. We will assist you in transitioning your conference paper into a journal article.

EMAS has an open access publication model and is licensed under the “Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International” (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) framework.

The publication process

  • Submit an extended abstract and present at the conference,
  • The NAFEMS Editorial Board and the Review Committee will review the submission to determine its suitability for the Engineering Modelling, Analysis and Simulation Journal,
  • If selected, presenters will be invited to expand their extended abstracts into full original research papers,
  • Following the standard procedure, which includes a double-blind peer review, revisions, editing, and language services (if required), the paper will be published online with its respective DOI.
