The NAFEMS community has a range of differing, and often opposing, views on many topics. There are strong opinions and disagreements on what we should be focusing on, what should and shouldn’t be included, and what matters most; what’s important to one person is bottom of the pile for another. All of this is to be expected of course. A wide range of international cross-industry opinion is bound to throw up some frank discussions, and our community is all the better for it. That’s why, when we put together our Analysis Agenda, we tried to speak to as many members of our community as possible, to make sure we were addressing the most pertinent issues, and those that we could actively push forward.

So, continuing in that vein we reached out and asked some of our community members for their quick, honest, unedited opinion – what do they really think is next for engineering simulation?
