TriVista Engineering

TriVista Engineering Ltd is an independent company trading established in 2001 specialising in engineering analysis and design support for industry. For engineering analysis, we use the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools and have experience in a wide range of industries from Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Processing, Rail, Medical, Water to Domestic Appliances. Common to all our analysis projects is the use of strong analytical skills combined with substantial practical engineering experience enabling the delivery of fast and cost-effective engineering solutions of real commercial value to our clients.

TriVista’s FEA analysts are experienced in modelling a wide range of physical phenomena with typical projects undertaken including: Structural (stress analysis, strain, deformation, fatigue); Thermal (conduction, convection and radiation); Dynamic (modal, harmonic, transient dynamic, rotordynamic) on complex multi-part assemblies with numerous component contacts. Non-linear and non-isotropic materials, and surface-to-surface contacts are also routinely modelled. We also perform pressure vessel design and analysis to relevant industrial codes for example: (ASME VIII Part 2, BS EN 13445, PD 5500).

TriVista are an established provider of CFD services to industry and have assisted many clients in solving problems encompassing a wide scope of flow physics including: laminar, turbulent, steady-state, transient, multiphase, heat transfer, rotating system & turbo-machinery, moving mesh, particle and droplet transport and combustion analyses. Our extensive CFD experience in aerodynamic and hydrodynamic analyses spans a diverse range of industrial applications.

Multiphysics analyses are also performed including analyses such as thermal stress analysis and fluid-structural interactive analysis (FSI) etc. TriVista is a long term user of the ANSYS ® analysis software suites.
