In 2027, for the 21st time, the NAFEMS World Congress will bring the global engineering simulation community together in Vancouver, Canada, 25-28 April. Sponsoring the Congress places your company at the heart of it, alongside the industrial users, researchers and innovators who shape how simulation is done. You bring your solutions and your people; we bring you the community.

644 delegates at NWC25, the largest of the last four congresses | 374 organisations, from 39 countries | 8 in 10 attendees are delegates, not exhibiting staff | 300+ technical presentations | 4 days of breaks and networking held in the exhibition |

Coffee break in the exhibition hall, NWC25 Salzburg. 644 delegates over four days.
8/10 attendees are practising engineers, analysts and simulation leads
The exhibition hall is the hub of the Congress
The Congress is not an exhibition with a conference attached. Every coffee break, lunch and evening function happens in and around the exhibition hall, so as a sponsor, you get to spend four days at the heart of the conversation rather than shut out from it.
1,000+ organisations over four congresses
Your users and your future users, together
The community that gathers at the Congress includes both the organisations that already run your tools, and the ones yet to decide. Over the last four congresses, more than 1,000 organisations have attended, nearly 300 have returned at least twice, and 40 have been at every single one. Few events let you strengthen existing relationships, and begin new ones, in just four days.

The specialists industry-leading organisations trust
For over 40 years, NAFEMS, the independent, not-for-profit association for engineering modelling, analysis and simulation, has created a space where the international simulation community comes together. Comprising over 30,000 engineers, designers and analysts from 1,600 member companies worldwide, it is the specialist community organisations trust to evaluate methods and tools. Around three quarters of Congress delegates come from NAFEMS member organisations, and they arrive engaged, technical, and ready to talk detail.
Recognition starts the day you sign
Months of exposure before day one
Sponsorship gives you a campaign, not just a booth. Every package, from Principal to Exhibitor, carries your name on Congress communications from the day your agreement is signed: email campaigns, printed material, Benchmark magazine and the Congress website, then the programme, delegate pack and post-event resources. The earlier you book, the longer your exposure.
“Sponsoring NWC allows us to meet customers, experience the state of the art, show new developments, and find new customers.”
Michael Klein, Managing Director, INTES GmbH
