Call for Presentations

Call for Presentations

NAFEMS openly requests presentations related to Digital Twin methodologies for assessing virtually the expected and future operational physics-based capabilities of a product throughout its lifecycle in conjunction with the latest engineering simulation techniques for this conference on "Aerospace Simulation Engineering: Navigating the Digital Thread."

The impact of simulation and the extent to which it is deployed can vary considerably depending on company size. NAFEMS encourages input and participation from a wide range of organizations – large and small, across all domains that utilize engineering analysis and simulation in the above mentioned areas.

Please note, as NAFEMS is an independent and vendor-neutral organization, all submissions must avoid any overt commercialism.

Submission Requirements

As a first step, abstracts of 300-600 words should be submitted for consideration by July 15th, 2018

Abstracts should be clearly marked with the presentation title, author's name(s), organization(s), address(es), phone number(s) and email address(es) using the template provided below.

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation using the template provided by NAFEMS:

E-mail your abstract to americas@nafems.org.

Registration for Presenters

The conference registration fee will be waived for a person presenting a paper at the event.  When there are multiple authors or presenters associated with a particular paper, only one person who will be presenting the paper may attend the conference for free.  The other authors or presenters associated with a paper who plan to attend the conference are required to register at the non-member/member rate.
