Validation of real industrial cases presents specific challenges and when the physics is complex, it can be particularly difficult. The CFDWG, with the support of the AMWG, held a panel discussion at the NAFEMS 2016 UK conference. It provided the panel and audience members with an opportunity to explore some of the issues faced in the validation of industrial CFD simulations.
