Simulation processes are often fighting project timelines. Development teams want answers as soon as yesterday. Luckily, modern software and hardware technologies drive down simulation time drastically, and several approaches deliver real-time physics solutions. With the help of GPU acceleration, traditional solvers are delivering real-time physics results for limited applications. Data-driven models and trained AI models can also provide real-time physics solutions. However, there is one technology that deserves more consideration – game engine physics solvers.
