Laura Michalske is the Engineering Section Head for Health Care Modeling & Simulation at the Procter & Gamble Company. This group covers the full range of modeling and simulation approaches from FEA, CFD, stochastic, supply chain, and empirical. She is also a recipient of Procter & Gamble’s PRISM award given to engineering masters who have made a real difference in Procter & Gamble through their sustained and exceptional technical contributions. She is the chair for the NAFEMS Simulation Data Management Working Group. Laura has been with Procter & Gamble Company for 27 years. Her assignments have consisted of engineering and manufacturing. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
