Registration Cancellation & On-site to Online Policy
Until September 10th 2021, registered delegates and authors may change their On-site registration to an Online version free of charge, with the price difference between the on-site and online registration being fully refunded.
After September 10th, a partial refund will be applied, which will equate to the following amounts:-

NWC21 Cancellation Policy for Authors and Delegates
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the event date: free of charge
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the event date: 25% refund of registration fee
- Later cancellation and no show: no refund
NWC21 Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors/Sponsors
- Cancellation up to 14 weeks before the event date: 25% refund of registration fee
- Later cancellation and no show: no refund
