Numerical Simulation at the Service of Industry

Numerical Simulation at the Service of Industry:

Highlighting the strategic role of simulation in accelerating innovation.

Tuesday, September 8th 2026 | One Day In-person seminar

This September, join us in Liege, Belgium, for a day dedicated to exploring “Numerical Simulation at the Service of Industry”. Bringing together specialists from academia and industry, this event aims to foster dialogue, strengthen collaboration, and highlight the strategic role of simulation in accelerating innovation.

There will be a strong focus on real-world applications and the emerging technologies shaping today’s engineering landscape, through the exploration of the following key topics:

  • Multiphysics simulations and the increasing need to couple complex physical phenomena
  • High-fidelity and high-scaling modelling, enabling more accurate and efficient virtual prototyping
  • Metal forming simulation, a core area of expertise with direct industrial relevance
  • Data centres, digital infrastructures, and their growing role in simulation-driven environments
  • Verification & Validation (V&V), essential for building confidence in numerical predictions

We are excited to be collaborating, for the first time, with the CRM Group, a research centre dedicated to metallurgy and advanced material processing. With our shared goals of championing expertise and best practices and meeting future challenges head-on, we know this will be a great event.

We look forward to welcoming you to our very first event in Belgium for an engaging day of technical exchange, insights, and networking.
