Mario Felice

Mr. Felice has been employed with Ford Motor Company for 40 years. During this time he's held a number of positions specializing in design and analysis of engine components and sub-systems, as well as full powertrain system. Some of these include:

• Multiple Product Design Engineering positions in Engine Components,
• Manufacturing and System Processes
• CAE analyst for Engines and Powertrain Systems
• Technical Specialist in Powertrain NVH
• Various CAE Supervisor positions in Engine Durability, Dynamics, and NVH
• Ford Global Technical Leader in Powertrain NVH CAE
• Manager Powertrain NVH CAE
• Global Manager Powertrain NVH & Systems CAE
  

Thirty of his forty years at Ford have been spent in the application, development, and institutionalization of CAE methods and processes. These include the use of multi-physics and multidisciplinary solutions across multiple attribute CAE assessments of powertrains. 

Within this field, he has published and presented at many international symposiums and conferences. Mr. Felice has also been invited to numerous conferences as keynote speaker and has taught courses to Engineering students at the Universities of Naples and Rome in Italy.

Mr. Felice holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Fairleigh Dickinson University (New Jersey) and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
