Hours: Full Time – Return to Work hours considered

Salary: Competitive Salary - dependent on location (Hybrid v Remote) and experience.

The role:

NAFEMS is seeking an experienced and self-motivated marketer to join our team. You'll be our growth engine - managing our funnel and leadgen strategy, using all of your experience to increase and maintain the flow of MQLs to our sales team, and working with our CRM (Salesforce) on building dashboards and flows.

You'll be an experienced marketer, happy to work to targets and timescales, able to report on your activities, and create and manage leadgen frameworks, marketing funnels and campaigns, and work effectively as part of the general marketing team.

This is a role for someone who can confidently demonstrate ROI time and time again.

You're a "do-er" - the type of person who takes a brief and runs with it, and isn't phased by pulling together full-scale campaigns from a one-line brief.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be part of a small, agile team and be comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement with an internationally spread non-profit organisation.

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • E​xperience with successful lead generation campaigns and funnel construction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to work independently and maintain focus
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics), email autoresponders (Campaign Monitor), social media software (Hootsuite), CRM (Salesforce) is essential
  • A natural communicator who can explain complex data in an effective manner
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role preferred
