Delegate Fees

• Not NAFEMS Member: 750,- Euro / Person
• NAFEMS member: free of charge by using 4 seminar credits *
• NAFEMS member without available seminar credits: 500,- Euro

Speakers from companies on the production/further processing of material goods/goods in factories/plants): free

Proceedings, lunch and drinks during breaks are included in the participation fees.The hotel room is not included.

* Membership fees for companies/institutes
A standard NAFEMS site membership costs 1,300 euros per year, an academic site membership costs 815 euros per year (as of 2023). NAFEMS members receive eight seminar credits (1 credit corresponds to ~1/2 seminar/conference day) per year.For this event, four seminar credits are required per participant for free participation - becoming a member quickly pays off. If the seminar credits have already been used, NAFEMS members can participate at the reduced price of EUR 500 per person.

Cancellation policy

Up to 6 weeks before the start: free of charge;up to 1 week before the start: 75%, all seminar credits;later and in case of no-show: 100%.Replacement participants can be provided.Cancellation must be made in writing.
