Abstract submission

Please read through this guidance information before submitting your abstract.

Important dates

G​uide for presenters

• S​ubmit your abstract by December 7th to secure a presentation slot at the event. The Review Committee will provide feedback to each abstract submission within three weeks.
• Submitting an extended abstract and a presentation is required for participation as a speaker.
• P​resenters will have 15 minutes to present, which will be followed by a 5 minute discussion session led by the session chair.
• Post-event, with your consent, the presentation will be made available in the NAFEMS Resource Center. You'll also have the opportunity to revise your presentation before submitting it for upload.
• Optional – Speakers can submit a manuscript related their presentation to the NAFEMS Journal EMAS, and have the standard publication fee waived.
