2024 NAFEMS Nordic Conference

C​all for Presentations

You are invited to participate by telling the engineering analysis community how numerical simulation is being used in your organisation and where you believe CAE is heading. The conference welcomes participation from every type of organisation – large and small, across all industry sectors.

We would like contributions to innovative applications as well as presentations on new techniques and methods for ensuring the quality of results, for improving data management and system integration as well as for progress in education and training in this area.

The event is open to both members and non-members of NAFEMS, with members able to attend the event for free towards using four seminar credits, as part of their membership benefits package.

We look forward to your abstract submission by 5 February 2024 using the form below.

Although the deadline for abstract submission has already passed, we are still open to accepting presentations.

Please note that speakers from companies that produce or process material goods/goods in factories/facilities are exempt from the participation fee.

Approx. 2 weeks after the deadline.

Manuscript and Slides Presentation

For the preparation of the conference proceedings, we ask authors whose abstracts have been accepted to send us either the following:

• English-language extended abstract of typically 2-6 pages as a pdf file in the specified layout*.
• Alternatively, you can send us a pdf file starting with a one or two-page abstract in the specified layout* and combined with your presentation slides.

*​ We will send you a layout template in Word format and a ppt template together with the author information.

We ask that you send it by 29 April 2024 at the latest.

Presentation length / language

Your presentation is expected to last 25 minutes including discussion.
